Version 2.2 · Effective 16 October 2026

Terms of Service

The rules for using the Lampas portal, the Lampas Launcher and the Lampas game server. By using them you agree to these terms.

Who can play

  • You sign in with Discord and must be a member of the Lampas Discord server. Access is by invitation, and the team decides who can sign in and play.
  • You need a genuine Minecraft Java Edition account, linked through Microsoft sign-in. Linking adds that account to the server whitelist.
  • Access can't be bought. Donations, subscriptions or purchases don't earn a place or priority.
  • Lampas 2 is an 18+ event. You must be at least 18 years old to sign in or play, and staff may ask you to confirm your age.

Your account

  • One portal account per person.
  • Link only a Minecraft account you own. Don't share your launcher sign-in or let anyone else play on your account.
  • You are responsible for what happens on your account. Tell staff if you think someone else has used it.

Conduct

  • Follow the server rules and code of conduct posted on the Lampas Discord server. They are part of these terms.
  • Treat other players with respect. Roleplay conflict between characters is fine; harassing real people is not.
  • No cheats, hacked clients, x-ray, duplication, or exploiting bugs. Report bugs to staff instead of using them.
  • Keep content suitable for all ages, in game and in the community.

The launcher and the modpack

You play using the Lampas Launcher, available from the Microsoft Store, which installs the Lampas modpack and keeps it up to date. Don't modify the pack or add mods that give you an advantage. The launcher and pack are free. The mods in the pack belong to their authors and are used under their licences.

In-game items and progress

Items, currency, builds and progress in the game have no real-world value. Don't buy, sell or trade them for real money or anything outside the game. We may roll back, reset or remove in-game state to fix problems or abuse.

Moderation

Staff may act on players who break these terms or the server rules, including removing them from the whitelist or banning them. To appeal, contact a staff member on the Lampas Discord server.

Availability and liability

The services are provided as they are. They may be unavailable, change, lose data or end without notice. To the extent the law allows, the Lampas team isn't liable for lost items or progress, downtime, or problems caused by the launcher, the pack or the server.

Minecraft

Not an official Minecraft event. Not approved by or associated with Mojang or Microsoft.

Playing on the Lampas server means using Minecraft, so the Minecraft End User License Agreement applies to you as well as these terms. Where they conflict, the Minecraft EULA wins.

YouTube live status

If you link a YouTube channel through Google, the portal uses YouTube API Services to show in game when that channel is live. Link only a channel you run. By linking a YouTube channel you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service.

Twitch live status

If you link a Twitch account, the portal uses the Twitch API to show in game when you are live. Link only an account you stream on. Your use of Twitch is governed by the Twitch Terms of Service.

Privacy

The Privacy Policy explains what we collect and why.

Changes

When these terms change we update the version and date at the top and announce it on the Lampas Discord server. Using the services after a change means you accept the new terms.
